2.4 Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and us will occur when we send you a confirmation email that the product(s) have been dispatched.
3. Price and Payment
3.1 The prices of our products are indicated on our website and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
3.2 We accept payment through the methods specified on our website.
4. Delivery
4.1 We will deliver the product(s) to the address provided by you during the ordering process.
4.2 We aim to dispatch the product(s) within the timeframe specified on our website. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and any delays will not constitute a breach of contract.

8. Terms and Conditions for OAuth Consent
1. We hereby appoint the Partner to take the following actions on our behalf using our account with Razorpay Software Private
Limited ("Razorpay") ("Razorpay Account"):
Create and view payments limited to payment gateway, payment links, subscriptions, QR codes.
- Create and view refunds
- View settlements
- View disputes
2. We acknowledge and agree that Razorpay shall in no event whatsoever, be liable for any actions or omissions of the Partner based
on the above through our Razorpay Account including any negligence, fraud, misconduct or any act of omission or commission. It
is hereby clarified that in the event of any disputes with respect to usage of our Razorpay Account shall be resolved solely between
the Partner and us and that Razorpay shall not be a party to the same.
3. We shall protect, defend, indemnify and hold Razorpay and its promoters, banks, clients, attorneys, employees, officers and
directors harmless from and against all losses, costs, liabilities, claims, damages and expenses of every kind and character as
incurred or resulting from or relating to or arising out of:
- any act or omission of the Partner and/or;
- any claim brought against Razorpay by a third party, including the Partner

9. Governing Law

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
