SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Please allow 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification.
- Order Modifications: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process.
- Shipping Schedule: LITOFY does not ship on weekends or major holidays. All orders ship from Greater Noida, India.
- Confirmation Email: You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam email folder.
- Product Availability: Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In this case, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or by check mailed to the address listed for the order for the amount initially paid. For refunds issued to the original payment method, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
- Security Review: All orders are reviewed by our security team and can be cancelled by LITOFY at any time.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed by our fulfillments team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information enclosed.
- Shipping Delays: Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods.
Pre-Order Policy
- Pre-Order Shipping: Items marked as pre-order are expected to ship upon arrival at our facility.
- Payment for Pre-Orders: All customers are charged at checkout for pre-order items to the payment method provided.
- Modifications: Once your pre-order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
